The 3rd Annual Business Expo will be held on November 20, 2014, 5:30-7:30pm at the Pioneer Memorial Museum. The goal of the Business Expo is to promote the local business in Crosby County and encourage people to shop local. The event is FREE to the public and a meal will be served.

Letter to Business Owners

The Crosby County Leadership Advisory Board and the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Crosby County will host the “Crosby County Business Expo” on November 20, 2014 at the Pioneer Memorial Building in Crosbyton. The event objective is to promote local business to Crosby County and surrounding counties.

Any participating business must be based in Crosby County and must operate within the county. Booth cost is $25. Space is limited to 30 booths, so reserve your spot quickly. Applications and money must be received to the County Extension Office by Monday, November 3, 2014.

Booths must be set up by 4:30 p.m. Setup will begin at 2 p.m. NO EARLIER, you may also bring product to sell from your booth. A free workshop from the Small Business Development Board will be held for you from 4:30 to 5:25 p.m. The Business Expo hours of operation will be 5:30-7:30 p.m. Each business must donate 2 door prizes with a minimum value of $15 each. In return, all businesses will be included in a printed directory, which will be given to each attendee at the expo. Everyone attending the expo will also be provided a meal at no charge.

Participation in this event is vital to the success and the promotion of our local businesses.
